Sweet little AI-UI in nodejs not allowed?

Hello we have developed a nice AI user interface that allows for multi model, RAG, AI workflows in a pleasant easy to use UI.
All we need is to spawn a minimalist ubuntu/python/nodejs docker to this competition. Why is that soo hard to create this in Workbench? or is it even allowed for this challenge? Is there a python/nodejs starter image? We have used the Python Basic starter, adding code in designated code folder and spawned the docker without errors (although this takes many bytes to download everytime). But when we try to start our nodejs we get no-permission to do so
